Terms and conditions
Matrix Innovation accepts purchase orders upon the terms and conditions stated below:
- All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment terms are Net 30 days.
- Overdue payments are subject to 1.5% monthly charge (18% annual)
- New customers may be asked for full or partial pre-payment.
- Any tax, sales tax, custom duty or any additional fee related to the sale shall be paid entirely by the buyer.
Matrix Innovation will ship the orders via Fedex or DHL Express, to provide the best rate and lead time for the buyer. We will pre-pay and add the shipping fee to the invoice unless the buyer provides a Fedex or DHL account number.
Matrix Innovation’s products may be covered by use and/or application patents. The buyer is solely responsible for any patent infringement resulting from his use of our products.
All products are sold EXW unless a previous agreement has been reached with Matrix Innovation.
All of Matrix Innovation products are sold for research and development only. They are not intended for drug use, household or other uses. Our products must be handled by qualified personnel. Orders for personal usage or someone not affiliated with an organization will be rejected. We reserve the right to ask for a written order or references before accepting an order.
The physical properties and data contained in this website are provided from our own data or literature references. We assume no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information and data of our products. The buyer has the responsibility to fully determine the accuracy of any technical data concerning a product.
The buyer agrees to the above conditions when he orders from Matrix Innovation.
